Room and Bathroom were clean. Good free Parking space. Restaurant Food was really nice, little expensive. Comfortable Matress. Mini Bar was Expensive. Room Service was very good.

Very friendly and customer orientated hotel. I came there to find a quiet spot to hold a video conference while the roads towards the harz was blocked due to a snow storm. The receptionist, i just remember her first name Bettina, offered me a place at the restaurant and told me that i can stay as long as i need. In general everything was very clean and also the hotel manager was a very nice guy. I would go there anytime again and will most likely stay there when iĀ“m next in Herzberg. Thanks again and my recommendation to the fullest.
